Quick Spot offers a generous trial period to ensure our service is the right fit for you:

• Full Feature Access: During your trial, you'll have unlimited access to all premium features, including unlimited spot saving, advanced search, and priority support.
• No Credit Card Required: Start your trial immediately without providing payment information.
• Trial Extensions: Need more time to evaluate? Contact us at quickspot.help@gmail.com for a trial extension.
• Trial Expiration: At the end of your trial, you'll be prompted to add payment details to continue using Quick Spot.

Payment Terms

Subscription Plans

Quick Spot operates on a subscription-based model with flexible billing options:

• Monthly Plan: Billed monthly, cancel anytime
• Annual Plan: Billed annually, save 20% compared to monthly billing

Billing Cycle

Your billing cycle begins on the date you subscribe and renews automatically based on your chosen plan (monthly or annually).

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust pricing with at least 30 days advance notice. Existing subscribers will be notified via email before any price changes take effect. Price changes will not apply to the current billing period.

Refund Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not completely satisfied with Quick Spot within the first 30 days of your subscription, we'll provide a full refund, no questions asked.

• Include your account email and subscription details
• We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

Refunds After 30 Days

After the initial 30-day period, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We're committed to fair treatment and will work with you to resolve any issues.

Pro-Rated Refunds

For annual subscriptions canceled after the 30-day guarantee period, we may offer pro-rated refunds at our discretion based on the unused portion of your subscription.

Cancellation Policy

You have complete control over your subscription and can cancel at any time:

• Navigate to "Subscription Management"
• Click "Cancel Subscription"

What Happens When You Cancel

• Immediate Effect: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• Access Retained: You'll continue to have full access until the end of your paid period
• Data Preservation: Your saved spots and settings are preserved for 90 days after cancellation
• Easy Reactivation: Reactivate your account at any time to restore full access

No Cancellation Fees

We never charge cancellation fees. You're free to cancel your subscription at any time without penalty.

Additional Terms

Auto-Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You'll receive a reminder email 7 days before renewal.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we'll attempt to process it up to 3 times over 7 days. If payment cannot be processed, your subscription will be suspended until payment is updated.

Account Sharing

Quick Spot subscriptions are for individual use. Each user requires their own subscription. Business and team plans with shared access are coming soon.

Service Changes

We continuously improve Quick Spot. While we strive to maintain and enhance all features, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.

Currency

All prices are listed in USD. International users may incur currency conversion fees from their payment provider.
